Is the VIP Club really free?
Yes. There is no fee to join or to stay a member. Create an account and you're in.
How do I get early access and member offers?
They are sent to your email. When you join, keep "email me with news and offers" ticked so you don't miss them.
How does priority support work?
Message us on WhatsApp with the email you registered with. Members are answered first during our hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm).
Can I use my welcome privilege with other vouchers?
The welcome privilege is one use per member and can't be combined with other vouchers. Free delivery on orders above $100 still applies.
