You can earn points through purchases and referrals. For every dollar you spend, you earn points. Additionally, if you refer a friend and they make a purchase, you earn even more points.

Our Rewards Club has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. As you move up the tiers, you earn points faster and unlock greater rewards.

Yes, points will expire after 12 months of inactivity. Be sure to make purchases or referrals regularly to keep your points active.

We currently ship to Singapore only. If you'd like to enquire about shipping to another destination, please contact us.

Order processing times:

• Standard periods: 1 to 2 working days
• Peak periods: Up to 5 working days

Peak periods include new product launches, sale events, and festive seasons. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Reach out to our Customer Care Team via WhatsApp or Email within 3 calendar days of receiving your order, including:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the items received

Once confirmed, we'll arrange a replacement, exchange, or store credit, depending on stock availability and the review outcome.

Once your return is approved and received, store credits will be issued within 5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed — note that timelines may vary depending on processing and verification.
