Where we ship
We ship from Singapore to Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, Hong Kong, Japan, Indonesia, the Philippines and Australia.
When your order ships
- Orders ship in 2–3 working days. You will get an email with tracking once your order is on its way.
- Singapore: usually delivered 1–2 working days after dispatch.
- Malaysia: usually 3–7 working days after dispatch.
- Other countries: usually 5–14 working days after dispatch, depending on the courier and customs clearance.
- Need it urgently? Contact us before ordering and we will check whether faster delivery is possible.

Fees are based on the total shipping weight of your order and are shown at checkout. Overseas fees include duties-paid (DDP) courier handling.
Heavy items (over 10 kg)
Orders over 10 kg, such as printers and tower workstations, ship within Singapore only at checkout. For overseas delivery of heavy items, WhatsApp +65 8866 9099 or email sales@techwaresg.com for a quote.
No surprises: what you pay
- Singapore orders: the price you see at checkout is the final price. Product prices include 9% GST, and there are no extra fees on delivery.
- Overseas orders: you pay the product price, shipping, and your country's import duties and taxes, all at checkout. The total you see is the total you pay.
- Nothing to pay at your door. We ship duties-paid, so the courier will not ask you for any customs charges on delivery.
Import duties and taxes (overseas orders)
- Calculated at checkout. Duties and import taxes are worked out from your country's customs rates and shown as a separate line before you pay.
- Paid once, upfront. We pass them to the courier, who clears customs for you.
- Some wireless and networking products may need an import permit in your country (for example, from AITI in Brunei). You are responsible for any permits needed. Ask us if you're unsure.
- Customs clearance times are set by your country's customs and are outside our control.
- Manufacturer warranties may be regional. Contact us before ordering if you need warranty support outside Singapore.
