Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.

Eligible Returns

  • Items that are defective or damaged on arrival (DOA)
  • Items that are incorrectly shipped (wrong model or quantity)

Non-Eligible Returns

  • Items that have been opened, used, or installed (unless DOA)
  • Items returned outside of the 7-day window
  • Items purchased in error where the correct model was shipped

How to Return

  1. Email king@it-fixed.com with your order number and a description of the issue
  2. Include photos of the item and packaging if the product is damaged
  3. We will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Warranty

All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. For warranty claims beyond our return window, please contact the manufacturer directly. We are happy to assist with the process where possible.
