These terms apply to your use of techwaresg.com and to every order you place with us. Techware Singapore is operated by IT-Fixed Pte Ltd (UEN / GST Reg. No. 201826983M), 621 Aljunied Road, #01-20, Singapore 389834. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products and information

We sell brand-new, genuine products from authorised channels. We try to keep product descriptions, images, specifications and stock status accurate, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is error-free. Manufacturers may change specifications without notice.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in Singapore dollars (SGD) and include GST where applicable. Shipping fees are shown at checkout. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and give you a full refund, even after you have received an order confirmation. Payment is taken when you place your order.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund any payment in full.

4. Delivery

Delivery areas, fees and timings are set out in our Shipping policy. Delivery times are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. For overseas orders, import duties, taxes and permits are your responsibility.

5. Returns, refunds and warranty

Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund policy. Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We will help you with warranty claims, but the warranty itself is provided by the manufacturer. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under Singapore law, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act.

6. Business customers

For corporate, bulk or quoted orders, the quotation we send you (including its lead time and payment terms) forms part of these terms. If the quotation and these terms differ, the quotation applies.

7. Accounts and membership

You are responsible for keeping your account login secure. Membership rewards and VIP Club benefits are subject to the programme rules shown on our website and may change from time to time.

8. Use of this website

You may not misuse this website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or copying its content for commercial use without our permission. Content, logos and images on this site belong to us or to the respective brand owners.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as loss of data, profit or business, arising from your use of the website or the products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place an order applies to that order.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over any dispute.
