Ordering and payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards through Shopify Payments, and PayNow through HitPay. We do not accept PayPal.
Do your prices include GST?
Yes. All prices are in Singapore dollars and include 9% GST.
Are your products genuine?
Yes. We are an authorised reseller for Lenovo, Ubiquiti, TP-Link, HP, Brother and PDF-XChange. Every product is brand-new and covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
Can I get a quotation for my company?

Delivery
How fast will my order ship?
Orders ship in 2 to 3 working days, or up to 5 working days in peak periods. You will receive tracking by email once it is on its way.
How much is delivery?
Delivery within Singapore is free for orders of S$100 and above, and a flat S$5 below that. Overseas rates are on our Shipping & Delivery page.
Can I collect my order or visit a showroom?
We are an online-only store, so there is no walk-in showroom or self-collection. Every order is delivered by courier.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, to Malaysia, Brunei, Hong Kong, Japan, Indonesia, the Philippines and Australia. Import duties and taxes are paid by the customer and are collected at checkout where supported.
Returns and warranty
What if my item is faulty or wrong?
Contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we will give you a full refund to your original payment method, or a replacement if you prefer.
Can I return something if I change my mind?
Yes, for store credit, if the item is unopened and unused in its original sealed packaging and you contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Full details are in Returns & Refunds.
How does warranty work?
Warranty is provided by the manufacturer, and terms vary by brand and model. We are happy to help you with a claim. See Warranty Information.
Software
How are PDF-XChange licences delivered?
Licence keys are sent to you by email. If you have not received yours, email support@techwaresg.com.
VIP Club
How do I join the VIP Club?
It is free. Create an account on our website and you are a member straight away. Tiers are based on your total spend. Details are on the VIP Club page.
