Shipping policy

We ship to Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, Hong Kong, Japan, Indonesia, the Philippines and Australia. Orders ship in 2–3 working days, and you will get a tracking email once your order is on its way.

  • Singapore: S$5 for orders under S$100, free for orders S$100 and above.
  • Malaysia: S$10 (up to 1 kg), S$28 (1–5 kg), S$48 (5–10 kg).
  • Brunei, Hong Kong, Japan, Indonesia, Philippines: S$38 (up to 1 kg), S$78 (1–5 kg), S$132 (5–10 kg).
  • Australia: S$48 (up to 1 kg), S$115 (1–5 kg), S$188 (5–10 kg).

Orders over 10 kg ship within Singapore only; contact us for an overseas quote. Overseas orders are shipped duties unpaid: import duties, taxes, customs fees and any import permits are the customer's responsibility.
